Get ready to vibrate to the rhythm of the 3rd biggest Carnival in the world! Nice will be decked out in its finest finery to celebrate Pop Culture, a colourful theme that promises unforgettable festivities.
The programme
- February 17: Opening parade - Place Masséna at 2.30pm. Meet the King, Queen and their court, and let yourself be transported by the magic of Carnival!
- Carnival Corsi: Admire the decorated floats, the troupes of dancers and circus performers from all over the world, and experience an explosion of music and joy!
- Illuminated Corso - Place Masséna at 8.30pm: Saturday 17, Tuesday 20, Saturday 24, Tuesday 27 and Saturday 2 March.
- Daytime Corso - Place Masséna at 2.30pm: Sunday 25 February.
- Bataille de Fleurs (Battle of the Flowers): An enchanting spectacle in which the floats rain down a shower of flowers on the spectators. Let the scents and colours enchant you!
- Place Masséna at 2.30pm: Wednesday 21, Saturday 24, Wednesday 28 and Saturday 2 March.
- 2 March :
- Closing festivities - Promenade des Anglais from 10.45pm.
- Fireworks, Incineration of His Majesty Carnival and revelation of next year's theme.
- Carnival Village : Square Lecler - Promenade du Paillon. Every day from 11am to 6pm.
